Generalizations...ok sometimes.

Your health is a major focus now and for some time into the future. On the surface, you seem to have a lot of energy, especially when it comes to implementing your goals and getting things done. You may feel motivated to exercise more and be more proactive overall. Having Pluto in your health zone is encouraging you to purify your whole being and lifestyle by learning to know yourself from the inside out. As you understand more about who you are and who you aren't, this will transform you in ways you could never have imagined.

Life is Not a Linear Process.

DEFINITION [as suggested]
Grief, which is also known as bereavement, is a term used to describe the intense and painful emotions experienced when someone or something a person cares about either dies or is lost. The emotional pain from losing a loved one, whether it is a spouse, child, parent, sibling, friend, can be the most severe suffering a person must endure. At its most intense, grief can dominate every facet of a person's life, making the carrying out of ordinary responsibilities impossible. Loss and subsequent grief, however, are an inevitable part of life and loving other[s] people or companion animals. Painful as it is, grief is a normal response to loss and generally resolves with the passage of time.

EXPLANATION [as suggested]
Grief is usually characterized by numbness, tearfulness, physical feelings of emptiness in the pit of the stomach, weak knees, shortness of breath, a tendency to sigh deeply, a sense of unreality, and overall emotional distress. Anxiety and longing may alternate with depression and despair. Insomnia and loss of appetite are common. Initially, people often feel numb and unable to accept their loss. Numbness is followed by shock as reality begins to penetrate.

There is generally a disorganization of normal behavior patterns that may make it impossible for a bereaved person to return to work immediately or take social initiatives. Such acute symptoms usually begin to subside after several months, with emotional balance being regained within a year. Studies using instruments developed to measure symptoms of grief and bereavement demonstrate wide individual variations in specific symptoms and their intensity. Long after the immediate period of mourning, bereaved persons may continue to feel upset, empty, or tearful. In addition, further losses, additional stressors, or dates of such important anniversaries as a wedding, birthday, or the date of death can reactivate the acute symptoms of grief.

while you were sleeping...

while you were sleeping
i tossed, i turned.
i closed my eyes
but the future burned.
the planet turned a hair gray
as i relived the day.
while you were sleeping
the money died.
machines were harmless and the earth sighed.
through the wind you slept sound
and gravity caught my love around.
the ocean rose, sang about decay
while witches flew
and the mermaids stayed
full of dreams, you overslept
and keeping quiet, through the walls i crept
i walked on tiptoe, sent darkness swirling over all the kitchen in the early morning.

i'll never catch up to you
who sleeps so sound
my arms are useless
my heart beats too loud
to go to sleep
my mind's too crowded
while you were sleeping
the time changed
all your things were rearranged

Some of the ties seem quite literal; take the wrapping of texture from a building and liquify it to form to the body -- The ones i find most interesting exist as layers of sociological and architectural commentary. Maybe the most relevant to me at this time is the tower --

Others experiment with textures, light colors, sounds, compulsions. to me this is design. An attempt to clarify the undefined experience among the forms and spaces drawn from an intelligent ideal.

The striving for perfection and at the same time perfecting destruction; an innovative partenership of creative and scientific fields - not to just blur boundaries among their subfields, but to activate the boundaries. To enhance the combination of abstract and specific while manifesting an experience within their merging process.
Creative fields are effectively using this to merge processes that are typically considered explicit to each field. From this consistent merging ideal - innovative collaborations among fields emerge as suggestions for the modification of monotonous collective thought. The boundaries are blurring.

"I consider clothing not only as a metaphor for shelter and social space, but mainly as a case study for architectural cladding systems.”
Elena Manferdini

“High-fashion brands that commision architects expand the possibliliies for new architecture. Are these not the new roles to be expected from combining business, contemporary art, and architecture?”
Toyo Ito

Today i decided to venture outside with my roommate aly after being stuck inside for 2.5 days with the flu. She decided to stop at cvs on the corner to pick something up. A younger man walked passed hunched over talking to himself swaying as he walked. I paid him a moment's notice, thinking to myself he looked like a dream character and entertained myself by wondering if he was even real. Aly returned to the car and we maneuvered our way into traffic. At the light, a car turned and i looked up. The "dream character" was flying through the air away from a shattered windsheild, already the nurse in the car behind us was running out of her car to help him. He was real.

this image reminds me of a time when neither of us could wear makeup, at any given moment we could and would just breakdown or slip up and cry it off. its easier to play it off in public without streaks of black running a trail from your eyes down your cheeks --or maybe we were just inadvertent about the frivolous details of routine things. It is not only difficult to think about makeup and surface beauty when the one you love the most is dead...its strange... i dont remember, but it's not the same.

You can be so forthcoming with your feelings today that even those who know you might be shocked by your honesty. It's not that your intentions are that unusual; it's just that your normal defenses have crumbled and you no longer have a reason to hide anything. But when you share your thoughts, keep in mind that others don't need to know all the details.
